To convert a T12 bulb to LED, first confirm they have the same G13 bipin base. Then, you will need to bypass or remove the ballast and rewire the power input straight to the tombstone sockets and install the LED tube replacements. All bulbs in the circuit must be replaced at the same time, as fluorescents and LEDs cannot operate together, as this will cause "dirty power" and could damage the LEDs.
