I currently have 150w MH which emit 12000 lumens. I see the 175w replacement corn bulb only emits 6200 Lumens. This is a huge drop off. I would like to switch to led but at what cost off light loss? Any recommendations?

(S49393)The lumens on an LED are more effective than from metal halide for a number of reasons. It also depends on the application. In short you should require less lumens to be as bright because the LED lumens are more directional and more visible to the eye.
