The 98479 is only designed to be used with the ballast. At the moment, we do not offer a ballast bypass option for a 2G11 bulb.
Can 98479-GC be used in a bypass mode? If not, is there a part number that will work? LED PL Retrofit Lamp for 2 or 4 Pin CFL Bulbs - Replaces 13-18 Watt- G24d / GX24d & G24q / GX24q Base Lamps - Magnetic Ballast Compatible or Bypass, 3000K and 560 Lumens LED PL CFL
