We do not currently offer a T12 LED replacement in 4 foot. However, if the socket is the same G13 bipin used on T8s, you would be able to use our 4 foot T8 LED tube replacments, but you must bypass or remove the ballast and wire the power input directly to the tombstone sockets. Depending on the wiring setup of single vs double sided would determine which model bulb to purchase.
