What does it indicate when the sensor on the bottom of the light unit flashes red multiple times when switch is tur LED Solar Dusk to Dawn Light - 10 Watt - 1000 Lumens - 5000K Daylight - Pole Mount - with Motion Sensor Solar LED Light Fixtures

What does it indicate when the sensor on the bottom of the light unit flashes red multiple times when switch is turned on, then stops flashing after a few minutes? Light itself fails to turn on. Light has been charged for 3 days in full sun with unit turned off.
