(L120DR56D3527K)First you must choose a color temperature. The higher the color temperature, the whiter the color, and the lower the temperature, the yellower. This is purely personal preference. The lumens will let you know how strong the light is, so the higher the number, the brighter it is. How many lumens you would need should be calculated with how many fixtures you have, versus the height of the ceiling. If you have plenty of fixtures in a low ceiling, 800 lumens may be what you need. If you only have a few lights with a low ceiling, a higher lumen will cover the lack of fixtures.
