(S49397)LEDs do not project heat and are rated for enclosed fixtures, so this will work for your application.

I ordered one of your 16500 Lumens - 5000K Daylight - 120-277V - E39 Mogul Base - Ballast Bypass LED bulbs to replace a 750 W bulb on my tennis court. It fits inside a fairly large fixture with a plexiglass window below it to protect it from the elements. Does this bulb get hot enough to melt the plexiglass or will it be OK?
