I plan on using these downward pointing in an enclosed column. Is there an issue with heat being trapped and causin Amber LED PAR38 Bulb - 11.5 Watt - E26 Medium Base - 120V - Dimmable - Wet Rated PAR38 LED Bulbs

I plan on using these downward pointing in an enclosed column. Is there an issue with heat being trapped and causing issues with the LED lamps? Do I need to make an allowance for the heat to escape the enclosure?

(PAR38-COLOR-LED)These colored Par38 bulbs are rated for enclosed fixtures, and can operate in a maximum temperature of 113 degrees Fahrenheit. If there is any reason to believe the temperature inside the fixture will reach more than that, you should make modifications to allow heat to escape.
